PSRA are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as an Authorised Advisor and as a Mortgage Intermediary and strictly adhere to the Regulator’s Consumer Protection Code along with that of the Professional Insurers Brokers Association (PIBA).

In addition PSRA are fully insured and indemnified for any professional indemnity claims up to €1,500,000 from any one individual. All PSRA advisors are committed to the QFA Boards Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme and Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) programme operated by the QFA board.
